Rent a Bar, Beer or Both

We aim to offer you all you need for your bar. We can provide a bar with a high quality beer tap & cooler plus provide you with a choice of lagers, cask ales or cider, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Whether you want one or more beers, common high street brands or some unusual foreign lagers we can help.

Cask Ale Hire & Delivery

• There are lots of real ales in fact 100's to choose from. Some ales have to be ordered up to 2 weeks in advance of your party date. Please allow plenty of time for the rarer brands.
• Cask prices vary from product to product but start from only £85.00
• Here are just a few of the beers to choose from:-


• An automatic tilting 'stillage' is available for an additional £10.
• Our casks can be set up anywhere and require no further equipment (you will however need a surface to clamp the pump to!).

Bar hire rates

• We offer competitive rates for our self service home bar hire with a range of taps or hand pumps. All you have to do is decide what you would like to offer your guests we will sort the rest.
• We offer an excellent 3 day hire so that you can make the most of your barrel!!!!!

Price includes FREE delivery within a 10 mile radius of Ripon

How to Order

• Simply call or send an email via our contact us page stating where, when and what you require.
• We will deliver and set up the system and insist we demonstrate the equipment to you. This will ensure that the equipment is working on site and that you have a good understanding of how to use it.
• If access is good it takes about 15 mins to install and 10 mins for us to show you how it works.

What Equipment do I receive?

For Draught lager / cider:

• Beer tap
• Electric chiller
• Gas (this must be secured in an upright position and in a well ventilatedd area.)

• Wooden chocks (to secure the beer)
• Stillage (optional)
• Cooling jacket
• Real ale Hand pump
• Real ale needs to be delivered at least 24 hours before the event starts to allow the beer sufficient time to settle and condition.
• Once we have installed the system it must not be moved otherwise the sediment will be disturbed and make the beer cloudy
• We will ask you to read and sign our terms and conditions when the delivery has been made, confirming that you understand how the kit works and that everything is in good working order. When set up is complete we will leave instructions and a phone number for you to call in case you have any problems.

Glass Hire

• Range of plastic and glass available to hire or buy.
• Free delivery if part of a larger order.
• For wine glasses please get in touch for a quote.
• All our glasses are delivered clean and returned dirty and we only ever hire out a minimum of 50 at a time.

Payment Details

• We need a £75 booking deposit to confirm your order
• We also require full payment for your goods on or before delivery. Cheques can be posted to us, but we need to receive tham at least 7 working days prior to the event so that funds can be cleared
• We will refund your deposit after the event if the equipment has been returned in the condition it was delivered in.

Terms and Conditions

• Sale of alcohol is to over 18's only you will be asked for ID at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse you at any time.
• Payment C.O.D for all products
• The equipment deposit ranges from £100 to £500 (dependant upon the equipment hired) may be paid by cheque with a valid card.
• Price of Goods will be quoted and confirmed in writing or Email. For any amendments to the order, you will receive a quote for the amended items which can be confirmed as stated previously.
• Delivery. Free within a 10 mile Radius of Ripon. Other areas please contact to discuss.
• Claims for breakages. Upon delivery of your goods, you should carry out an inspection to ensure that the goods are in satisfactory condition. The delivery driver must be informed of breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the delivery drivers documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages immediately.
• Inspection of Goods. You agree to inspect the products on delivery. If the product is damaged, or you have not received the correct quantity, you must inform us immediately. You agree to retain any damaged product for our inspection and collection, should we wish to collect the damaged product from you. We will provide a full refund when you provide us with reasonable proof of the damaged product. If it is clear at the time of delivery that your order is not coomplete or is damaged, you should not accept delivery.
